Paragraph handling

IWS HTML editor used to create new paragraphs only when the current style was set to "Paragraph" and  <Enter> was pressed. The common behavior of word processors is to create new paragraphs whenever <Enter> is pressed, so we had to adapt. Now IWS HTML editor handless pressing <Enter> properly in the following specific cases - in the body text, in paragraphs, in lists and in tables. Formatted text, whenever it is needed, is properly split and formating is preserved on left and right side.
